Effective presentations introduce your customers to whatever product or service you are presenting to them. This is point at which good loyal customers are born.

Before the actual presentation I would suggest a review of the following activities to ensure attendance, preparation of atmosphere and prepare yourself. Remember KNOW YOUR PRODUCT.

a. Where and when:

You should normally look to meet at either your house, the prospects house or Some neutral place such as a coffee shop, a park or other quite place where you can talk. If you're doing an in home presentation, pick a date and time that you Feel most prospects would be open to. b. Learn about your Prospects:

During the period running up to your appointment and during your appointment try to learn as much as possible about your prospect ask questions and use their answers to help you in your presentation.

c. Confirm attendance:

The day before you are due to make your presentation call your prospect to confirm the time. What you are doing in reality is confirming that they will be there but do not let it sound as if that is what you are doing. Simply say "Hi (name) we did say 10:30 for tomorrow's presentation, right? (Wait for answer) Great. I'll see you then." It is a simple and fast way to ensure that your prospect will be there.

Following a simple outline that you can use for any presentation where-ever it takes place. Start on time, Share your experience with your product, present your product.
